Wolf Administration Allocates $5 Million to Support The Alternative Fuels Incentive Grant

Great News – New Propane Vehicles ARE eligible for Alternative Fuels Incentive Grant requests of up to 100% of the incremental cost of the vehicle up to $40,000 per vehicle.  There was an error of omission in the press release regarding the changes to the level of funding available for propane vehicles, but the Application Requirements section of the Vehicle Retrofit and/or Purchase Projects Eligibility, Requirements and Evaluation Criteria section on Page 11 of the program guidance states that new propane vehicles are eligible for funding at the 100% of incremental cost level.
