Oppose A Pennsylvania Gross Profits Tax
Two bills (HB 1518 and 1588) have been introduced calling for an “oil company gross profits tax.”
The definitions apply to many propane dealers, who are involved in importing or wholesale distribution of propane.
The bills state that dealers may not pass along the costs of the tax to consumers.
CONTACT your legislators ASAP to oppose these bills or any similar bills.
